Who we help · Small business

A partner-led accountant for Melbourne small business.

Turn over $750,000 to $5 million and outgrown the accountant who only calls at tax time? We run your tax, books, BAS and quarterly planning for a fixed monthly fee — led by a partner who knows what's in your account this month, not last August.

Melbourne café owner working in their own premises
  • $750k–$5M turnover
  • One fee, all entities
  • Quarterly partner reviews
  • From $595 / month
Is this you?

This page is for you if…

  • You're a café, clinic, retailer, manufacturer, professional services firm or family business in north-west or inner-west Melbourne.

  • You have a bookkeeper or office manager doing day-to-day data entry — but no one above them.

  • Your accountant lodges what you send and that's about it. Tax planning happens in August, after the year has already closed.

  • You'd like a partner who calls you in April with three tax positions to consider — not in August with an invoice.

FAQ

The questions owners ask us first.

Do you replace our bookkeeper?

No, we work with them. If you don't have one, we'll introduce one. If yours isn't good enough, we'll tell you.

Can you handle multiple entities — company, trust, holding company, SMSF?

Yes. Pricing scales by entity count and complexity. Most of our small business clients have three to five entities. We quote a single monthly fee covering all of them.

What if we want to sell the business in three years?

Tell us now. We'll structure the next three years so the sale qualifies for the small business CGT concessions. Roy has run this play many times — the earlier you plan, the more concessions you keep.

What if our turnover grows past $5M?

The package scales and the fixed-fee approach stays. Pricing is reviewed annually each July.

One call. Fifteen minutes. A fixed fee at the end.

You'll meet both John and Roy, and leave the call with a written price and a written scope.
